Our aim is to provide you with a fast, efficient and secure voice-to-text messaging service. Our credibility as a company is dependent upon you, the customer, being confident that we can deliver you a messaging service without the fear that your messages might be accessed or intercepted by unauthorised parties. We undertake to ensure that:

1. All our staff and contractors sign a written undertaking to maintain privacy of customer data at all times.

2. Access to our databases is limited to a very small number of technical staff on a 'need to know' basis.

3. The transcription process is secure and anonymous. The transcriber does not know who you are and, likewise, you don't have any contact with him or her.

4. Where we use third party organisations for the transmission and/or reception of messages over telephone networks and over the Internet, we ensure that these organisations are reputable and are accountable to us.

5. We provide each customer with password-protected access to their own private area of the website where they can access their own private data, including their recorded voice messages and transcribed text.

6. We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and we undertake to conform to any subsequent amendments.
